Field Sales Training
The Field Sales training workshop is designed for sales people who conduct face to face sales meetings.
This one-day course covers the fundamentals, from pre-meeting planning and sales meeting structure, to uncovering client needs and gaining commitment.
Tutorials, group discussion and role-play will present and reinforce the most important sales skills, including:
Why people buy and who they buy from
Sales objectives and pre-meeting planning
Questioning techniques and qualification criteria
Sales meeting structure and process
How to make impactful sales presentations
Sales objections and how to overcome them
Negotiation techniques and how to avoid discounting
Identifying buying signals and how to Close without sounding too salesy
Pipeline management and CRM
All successful delegates will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
This workshop can be delivered as a group session or as a series of 1-2-1 coaching sessions. The content can be tailored to meet the specific training objectives and experience of the delegates.
